There are four simple steps to practicing Ho’oponopono. and you can prove to yourself that doing these steps leaves you feeling freer and happier.
The order is not that important. Repentance, Forgiveness, Gratitude and Love are the only forces at work.
Here are the steps as they are usually performed:
Step 1: Repentance – I’M SORRY
Step 2: Ask Forgiveness – PLEASE FORGIVE ME
Step 3: Gratitude – THANK YOU
Step 4: Love – I LOVE YOU
People from all over the world report positive results from doing these steps but there are different schools of thought on how it should be done.
Many people report positive results from using only one step. They use only gratitude and are very happy with the results they get. Other people use different variations of Ho’oponopono
I have known about Ho’oponopono for many years and have a dear friend who uses it in her consulting practice with great results, but I could not seem to get my mind around why it worked and never used it.
When I developed Spiritual Rescue Technology and began working with spirits every day, I realized that we are all influenced by spirits and they are influenced by what we do and think. We can free spirits from the incidents they are stuck in but if we act in hateful or ungrateful ways, we can upset spirits who are trying to help us and this can negate any spiritual counseling that is being done.
Recently, I looked at Ho’oponopono again and saw that these four steps can cause a positive change in the way WE behave and this will have a calming effect on our spiritual teammates and spirit guides.
My spiritual teammates validate Ho’oponopono or any similar methodology for making things easier for the spirits who accompany us, but stress that only SRT will produce permanent results. Calming spirits down with Ho’oponopono is a very good thing. Handling their problems permanently with SRT is better.
You can verify this for yourselves. Discuss Ho’oponopono with your spirit guides and ask if doing this handles their issues permanently. My teammates want their engrams handled so they never rise again.
The bottom line is that Ho’oponopono calms your upset entities. SRT handles them permanently. Doing both can help your life run more smoothly.
A friend of mine had her first counseling session last week in which we located and handled a spiritual being who was so buried in guilt that my friend felt guilty all of her life and never knew why.
This spirit had affected every part of my friends life and had made guilt a permanent part of her personality. When you absolutely positively KNOW you are guilty of something life can become a living hell.

No guilt, no blame, just an immediate solution. She is going to buy replacements.

If you find yourself carrying on an internal dialog of any kind, you are getting communication from your spiritual companions. These back and forth thoughts come from one or more beings and they can get rather confusing at times.

“Should I go to the party?”
“I don’t have anything to wear!”
“That stuck up girl probably won’t give me the time of day anyway.”
“I really want to go.”
“But I am afraid I will get rejected again.”
