  1. Greg says:

I tried to pre-order your book using my Mastercard instead of my PayPal account. I couldn’t use my credit card without logging into my PayPal account. Frustrating.

  2. There is a simple solution for those who do not wish to use their PayPal account and wish to use a credit card instead.

I just checked it out using my wife’s card. I clicked on the button that says I didn’t have a Paypal account and filled in all of the card info.

At the very end, payPal recognized her email address as one which has a paypal account and asked her to log into her PayPal account or to use a different email address.

I used a different email address and the transaction went through. The same will work for you if you don’t want to use your PayPal account.

I guess the answer is to use an email address which is not connected to your PayPal account, or just use your PayPal account. Please use whatever works for you.

Saw you on Tom Peters blog – the Abusive Boss thread – and agreed with what you said.

Do you ship your book internationally? If so, I’d like to buy a copy. Please advise shipping charges to Europe.

  4. Yes! The book is shipped all over the planet six days a week.

Go to http://bentcrowpress.com and make your choice of shipment options. One click and your book order will be placed. You can use credit card or PayPal. you currently have three choices:

All US orders will be delivered FREE for the basic book price of $19.95.

Orders from North and South America include Air Mail shipping for only $23.95

Orders from anywhere else on the planet include Air Mail shipping for only $28.45.

Go for it! Your order will be on its way in 24 hours.
