It would appear that he has relied upon hearsay rather than upon direct inspection.<\/p>\n<p>He confidently states:&nbsp; \n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>There are two major problems with blogging as a business-building tool.<\/p>\n<p>The first is that most blogs I encounter are rambling, streams-of-consciousness musings about a topic of interest to the author, largely bereft of the practical, pithy tips that e-zines, Web sites and white papers offer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This shows clearly that he has not read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adrants.com\/2004\/11\/copywriter-misunderstands-weblogs.php\">Adrants<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/brand.blogs.com\/\">What is your Brand Mantra<\/a>,&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tompeters.com\/\">Tom Peters <\/a>or any of a score of excellent business weblogs which dispense invaluable information..<\/p>\n<p>I am sure that he will get an earful of constructive criticism, now<br \/>\nthat he has revealed his impending dinosaurhood, but he may choose,<br \/>\nlike Dan Rather, to ignore the voices behind the curtain he has so<br \/>\ncarefully erected.<\/p>\n<p>I hope he doesn&#8217;t persist in his present course. He<br \/>\nis a nice guy, but does not understand that two-way communication<br \/>\ntrumps continuous outflow when it comes to developing relationships.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>A late-breaking realization:<\/p>\n<p><em>No single individual or group controls the blogosphere.
