The Floyd Chamber of Commerce hs sent out an invitation to the NRV Livability Initiative Kick-Off Summit to be held on August 11 at Claytor Lake State Park in Dublin, VA 24084.<\/p>\n

The NRV Livability Initiative<\/em><\/strong> is a three-year regional planning process to help citizens build a collective vision for our future.<\/p>\n

I have had concerns about the goals of the NRV Livability Initiative based on materials I have read from outside sources. I think it is only fair that I should avail myself of the opportunity to participate in the ongoing planning process and get the facts for myself.<\/p>\n

I plan on attending and participating with the other business owners who were invited and seeing what we can accomplish to enhance our economic competitiveness.<\/p>\n

I am also interested in learning what the concensus of opinion is on enhancing and safeguarding the things we value most in our community.<\/em><\/p>\n

I hope to see what can be accomplished.<\/em><\/p>\n
