Those of us who have been researching spirits and our connections to them have tended to find joy when we discover how helping these spirits brings us to an elevated state of feeling lighter and brighter,

For the past 16 years, we have been studying the many ways spirits have been affecting our lives as human beings and this knowledge has been collected and categorized as Spiritual Rescue Technology. It is comprised of the many ways we can recognize and rescue spirits from the incidents they are trapped in. It is now a vast and essentially unlimited collection of incidents from an enormous number of civilizations of which a few thousand have been captured in books and in online postings. The research and documentation of these incidents and their effect on our health and sanity has continued for 16 years and becomes more challenging every year.

The result of this accumulation of data has been the satisfaction of spiritual curiosity, but not an increase in the joy from helping spirits.

I am going to focus again on the basic reason I started helping spirits, which was the joy of rescuing spirits from the traps that had captured their attention, and that only requires that we pay attention to the spirits in our bodies and who already have attention on us. The tens of billions of spirits elsewhere on this planet are left alone unless we have attracted them somehow.

The detection and handling of troubled spirits who are directly affecting us is a simple matter and can be done as a solo action with very little training. You detect a spirit who is affecting you negatively by noticing his emotion. He will be projecting an emotion below conservatism while you are attempting to be enthused about some new activity. You will be considering some activity to improve conditions, and the troubled spirit will exhibit one or more of the following emotions:

Boredom, Antagonism, Anger, Covert Hostility, Distrust, Doubt, Anxiety, Fear, Grief. Apathy

In short, anything other than enthusiasm, is a sign of possible spiritual interference, and if you search for the origin of the negative emotion, you will find the spirit who is reacting to your enthusiasm.

Reaching out to this spirit in a caring way and asking the right questions will allow you to learn what he is stuck in and free his attention from that past incident. This will bring his attention to present time where you will experience his joy at regaining his freedom. Freeing a spirit from the incident he is trapped in always results in you feeling his joy. The time require to free a spirit varies widely. I have occasionally spent an hour freeing a spirit trapped for millennia by his own considerations, and I have freed a spirit from a similar trap in seconds, merely by recognizing him and acknowledging his situation.

This last situation will appear as a confused and lost spirit who recovers instantly when you greet him with a caring intention that pops him instantly out of the hypnotic state he has been in forever. You get this immediate burst of joy as he goes “Wow! and disappears as soon as you recognize who he is. You notice a negative emotion when you mention tackling a project, and as soon as your attention locates the being generating the emotion, he wakes up and disappears.

This sharing of joy is an incredible reward for freeing trapped spirits and you will also experience it when working with helpful spirits on creative projects. Every time I work with my spiritual companions on a writing or other creative effort, I feel the joy they experience while we work together and as we get the job done. The feeling of satisfying teamwork when working with spirits is the same you experience when working with human teammates.

If you develop a sensitivity to spiritual communication, you will experience the joy of happy teamwork no matter where you are or what you are doing. We will be focusing our future workshop efforts on developing teamwork with our spirits instead of just rescuing spirits from incidents. I am looking forward to sharing that joy with you.

If you would like to join me for our Sunday workshops and help us create a joyful experience, send me an email at srtcounseling@gmail.com, telling me why you are interested.

David St Lawrence

People describe joy as feeling “bright and light” — colors seem more vivid, movement feels freer, smiling happens involuntarily, and thinking broadens.
