“How do we make the distinction between our own mental voice and the voices of other spirits?”
I responded, “When you meditate, these are the voices that keep coming in while you’re trying to meditate. When you do a solo session and you ask a question of your spiritual companions, these are the thoughts that come back to you. If you are not able to meditate, these are the voices that are keeping you from meditating!
