If your attention is stuck on something uncomfortable, you do not necessarily need a session from me to handle whatever is going on. Just describe what you are experiencing and ask me for help. I am happy to respond to your email with a solution you can use in a solo session.
This is not the time of year to suffer needlessly. It is a time to join hands and rejoice in our ability to make things go right. You have potential you are not using and I would like to see all of my friends and could-be friends achieving their goals and in a position to help others.
