Some Thoughts About Personal Integrity

The word integrity evolved from the Latin adjective integer, meaning whole or complete. In this context, integrity is the inner sense of “wholeness” deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. Integrity is the quality of being honest and having a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

A person is said to possess the virtue of integrity if the person’s actions are based upon an internally consistent framework of principles. If a person has no framework of principles and makes decisions based on whatever seems expedient at the time, the person does not exhibit integrity. Politicians who make decisions based on expedient solutions are not considered reliable as they have no integrity.

Integrity can be thought of as understanding and being compliant to the rules and agreements you have chosen to follow. If you are exposed to other rules and agreements and follow them without adhering to your current set of principles, your lack of integrity will damage your standing with all of your past and present associates. Your behavior will indicate that you are untrustworthy.

A person with integrity projects certainty of thought and purpose because there is no hidden purpose or hidden deeds. A person burdened by a lack of integrity will always be concerned that someone will discover things they have done which they need to keep hidden. A person with integrity will have no discreditable secrets. They will be comfortable with everything they have done regardless of what it was.

Spiritual counseling, as practiced by users of Spiritual Rescue Technology, enables a person to increase their personal integrity by accessing past incidents containing discreditable secrets and to discover their responsibility for causing them to happen. The relief this activity generates can’t be appreciated unless you have experienced it for yourself. When you have nothing to hide, all of your attention and intention can be focused on creating your future.

We go through life intending to do the right things, but we miss schedules, fail to support friends and family members in need, break agreements, and fail to keep promises because we failed to maintain our integrity and adopt an easy solution to achieve some seemingly opportunity goal. This is the cause of cheating in school, false reporting in work situations, and infidelity in personal relationships. Spiritual Rescue Counseling addresses the cause of these transgressions and enables a person to straighten their life out no matter how badly they have erred in the past.

When you experience the caring, non-judgmental counseling used in Spiritual Rescue Technology, you discover a new life for yourself. If this sounds like something you need, send me an email at srtcounseling@gmail.com
