We owe our present semi-helpless condition to our previous contacts with spirit traps, implant stations, and what L Ron Hubbard called Goals, Problems Masses. All of these represent incomplete cycles of action, which we in Spiritual Rescue Technology have been dealing with for the last 15 years.
When you consider that a spirit is located where his attention is placed, you may deduce that anything that catches and holds the attention of a spirit is holding that amount of his life force captive. Since a spirit is normally curious, and lives for an amazingly long time, after a few thousands of eons, that spirit is but a tiny fragment of his original curious and powerful self. I would estimate that humans, of the earth variety, exhibit less than 1/100,000th of their original vigor and creative ability.
Their attention and life force is scattered over many galaxies and dimensions and the individual spirits are further degraded and confused by their continued participation in clusters of spirits which are formed by common incidents and also by choice.
The origin of this current state of affairs is quite simple. It is simply a matter of intention versus counter-intention. When a spirit creates an effect through intention and does not ask other spirits for their agreement or permission first, counter-intention appears and can increase to the point that the original intention is blocked and no movement occurs. These opposing goals will remain in place as long as the beings involved still have their attention fixed on carrying out their opposing intentions. As time goes on, other spirits may choose to take sides in the struggle and the conflict becomes more and more solid.
The resolution of this unfortunate degredation requires actually caring for other spirits and developing strategies for working in harmony. You may have heard various people claim that “Love is the Answer” and they were partially right. Love and an understanding of what others are actually striving for and why, allows one to resolve counter-intentions without making others wrong. You really can accomplish this if you are willing to accept responsibility for others.
This is action at a higher level than simple unlimited creation, which is the starting point for most spiritual beings. Seeking a single common goal may require more time and resources than are available, but seeking aligned goals offers a range of possibilities, including satisfying results in well-defined areas of control and responsibility. Instead of a single area of responsibility with one set of rules, using love and understanding can produce multiple areas of activity, each with it own set of agreements, goals, and responsibilities.
If we wish to regain our earlier abilities and powers, we must be willing to be responsible for other beings at all levels of awareness. At this time, I would suggest that we need learn how to be completely responsible for every effect we create, because that has been lacking throughout all of known history.
