SRT Workshop Topic – Freeing Yourself From Past Conflicts

The inability to free ourselves from past conflicts is the basis of almost all mental and physical problems. In my 49 years of counseling experience, I have found the primary source of all problems is the effort to be right rather than releasing oneself from the conflict.

I have read about forgiveness for many years, but never found a definition that worked for me, because of the lack of a definition that made sense. This week I discovered a definition that addresses all of the issues and I would like us to discuss this and see if it applies to our lives.

What Is Forgiveness?

(Definitions from Perplexity ai)

Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process of releasing feelings of resentment, anger, or desire for vengeance toward someone who has caused harm, regardless of whether they deserve forgiveness.

Psychological Understanding

Forgiveness involves a conscious transformation in one’s feelings and attitudes, so that the wronged person is no longer dominated by negative emotions and can develop compassion or empathy toward the offender. It is not equivalent to forgetting or condoning the offense, nor does it require reconciliation with the offender.

Benefits and Distinctions

By forgiving, individuals free themselves from corrosive anger and bitterness, leading to increased peace of mind and the ability to heal and move on. Forgiveness does not mean excusing harmful actions or absolving others of accountability; instead, it empowers the forgiver and focuses on their own emotional well-being.

Religious and Cultural Views

Most philosophies and religions recognize forgiveness as a virtue, encouraging it for spiritual and emotional growth. In many traditions, forgiveness is associated with mercy, grace, and letting go rather than retaliation, further underscoring its role in personal transformation and inner peace.

What Forgiveness Is Not

  • It is not condoning or trivializing the offense.
  • It does not require reconciliation or reconciling with the person who caused harm.
  • It is not simply forgetting or excusing the wrong.

In essence, forgiveness is the act of letting go so that pain and anger no longer define a person’s life, creating space for healing and hope.

There are differences between forgiveness and reconciliation

Forgiveness and reconciliation are related concepts but have key differences in meaning and process.

Core Differences

  • Forgiveness is an internal, individual act that involves letting go of resentment and anger toward someone who has wronged. It does not require the offender’s participation or even their awareness. This act of mercy mainly benefits the person doing the forgiving and is essential for personal peace.
  • Reconciliation, on the other hand, is a collaborative process where both parties actively seek to restore a damaged relationship. This process demands participation from both sides — including acknowledgment of hurt, genuine efforts to rebuild trust, and sometimes significant changes in behavior.

Scenarios and Outcomes

  • It is possible to forgive someone without reconciling, especially if reconciliation would not be safe, healthy, or possible. Forgiveness can happen in isolation and focuses on inner healing, while reconciliation seeks an outward restoration of relationship.
  • Reconciliation is not always possible after wrongdoing, but forgiveness can be practiced regardless of circumstances or the other person’s response.

In summary, forgiveness is something one person can choose, regardless of the other, while reconciliation is a mutual journey that depends on the willingness and participation of all involved.

Spiritual Rescue Technology Is A Tool For Changing Your Existence – (Originally posted 12-4-2022 – Updated 9-26-2025)

I have no expectations for exploring all of the things we can do with Spiritual Rescue Technology in the years remaining to me. I am concentrating on getting enough of you familiar with the basic principles involved so that you can make a career using SRT to achieve your dreams in any field you choose.

Basically, SRT is a way of investigating the properties of the spiritual realm and harnessing the accumulated knowledge of the billions of spirits available to you on this planet alone. With SRT, you have access to more knowledge than is available in all of the universities and libraries on this planet. All you have to do is to ask and listen.

Some of you may think that SRT is just a superior way to handle the problems of life and ordinary existence. Others may look at SRT as the way to regain the powers we have lost over millions of years of existence as a spiritual being. It will do both and a whole lot more, which is why I invite you to become familiar with it and take ownership of a part of it to accomplish goals that are aligned with your particular interests. To aid you in your selection, I would like to list the areas we have investigated and the ones we know of but have not yet explored.

Things we can do with SRT now

Spiritual healing of long-duration body illnesses

Handling of personality disorders

Resolution of unsolvable mental problems

Things we will be able to do with SRT in the future:

Establish a free library for access to all SRT books and articles

Establish a foundation for the preservation of all SRT research and literature.

Establish training facilities for SRT practitioners in various fields

Provide spiritual services to executives

Provide spiritual assistance to entrepreneurs

Provider spiritual assistance and protection to officeholders

Provide a better understanding of spirits to the practitioners of mental healing

Establish public SRT clinics and self-help centers

Provide services to other civilizations who want spiritual assistance

Open up rational exchanges with spirits in other civilizations

If you understand the principles of SRT and use them effectively, you should be able to carve out a career in almost any field and be successful at it. You should be able to select a field of endeavor and attract customers for your services whether they be furniture design, physical therapy, or veterinarian services. If you learn to attract spirits and work with them, you will succeed as a counselor, a real estate agent, or as an automobile dealer. The more you learn about spirits, the better you will be in any occupation you choose, as your ability to understand and communicate meaningfully with others will allow you to achieve your goals and dissolve resistance in a seemingly magical way.

A politician who knows and uses SRT could change the course of civilization in his area and eventually the world. When you have unlimited spirits behind you, you are once again accessing superpowers and the knowledge to use them wisely.

SRT WORKSHOP TODAY – 9-21-25 – Putting You Back In Charge Of Your Life

I managed to upset some of my spiritual companions last week with my description of what life force is and does. As a result, I created a bunch of problems for my body and my life in general.

Contrary to my earlier descriptions of life force, it does not contain spirits as if in a uniform cluster. Our spiritual companions seem to be arranged in tribes with some spirits leading groups of other spirits, Each tribal leader considers himself as being in charge of his life and his group and independent of other groups.

If there is no overall leader, recognized by the different tribes, anarchy prevails, with nobody actually running the show. Only when a leader arises can the group really accomplish tasks that benefit the body and the personality set that is presented to the world.

You need to recognize the need for that leadership and unify the tribes under your leadership to accomplish your missions in life. If you think this is impossible, consider the story of Genghis Khan who united hundreds of independent Mongol tribes into a mighty force that conquered large parts of Asia and China.

In this workshop, we will discuss your various spiritual tribes and their leaders and help you come up with a plan to unify your spirits to carry out your missions in life.

The workshop will be held on Zoom today, September 21, at 12 noon EST US. Using the usual link. Send me an email at srtcounseling@gmail.com if you do not have that link.

I hope to see you there.

SRT WORKSHOP 9-14-25 – TALKING TO SPIRITS – STEP ONE

We will be discussing and using material from my third book, Talking to Spirits, to help you deal with the various manifestations and challenges of handling the spirits who affect your lives.

The portion of the book we will use is being determined by the responses I get from the survey I sent out today and the earlier responses from those who read my book when I sent it out earlier this week.

If you have not read my book, here is a free copy you can download:
