Article Two – Avoiding Continuous Restimulation as A LifeStyle

This is part two of a three-part series on continuous restimulation. I discovered even more recently that some individuals are avoiding continuing restimulation by how they live and act. They choose a lifestyle that keeps them from being restimulated without knowing what it is they are avoiding! In other words, their lifestyle is not just a choice to live peacefully and modestly; it may be a deliberate choice to avoid being thrown in jail or being punished.

Some of these people have never done anything wrong this lifetime, but they or their spiritual companions have repressed memories of earlier lifetimes spent in prison or worse environments, and these memories are vivid enough to keep them living quietly and out of harm’s way for an entire lifetime. Certain religions use this fear of eventual punishment to mold behavior among the faithful. They can even invent a demonic influence like the devil to reinforce the edicts of the religion.

I was never punished severely as a child, but in my younger years felt a compulsion to be law-abiding and very careful not to break any rules I was aware of. This behavior often put me at odds with my schoolmates, who seemed to lack any of the fears I so keenly felt when they would suggest mischief. There were times when I could overcome these fears and act as rashly as my peers, but they were few and far between. Much later, when I received past life auditing, I realized where these fears came from, and these fears were well-deserved.

On the other hand, if you are your spiritual companions have past lives full of enforced obedience and boring conformity, you may find yourself acting compulsively to encourage independent thinking and non-conformity. If your past life experiences involved living under constant domination and thought control, you might find yourself compulsively pushing the limits this lifetime on all aspects of your social behavior.

Another way that past life restraints can influence your this lifetime behavior is through the relentless exhibition of behavior traits you or your spiritual companions were not allowed in your past lives. This can show up in many delightful or mysterious ways. I know of someone whose last lifetime included some truly awful experiences. This lifetime the person decorates their living space in innumerable small ways that I find charming but have no equivalent urge to duplicate. There is no space in the person’s home that does not contain some tiny figurine that evokes an image of past beauty.

I discovered that I have a different but related behavior. I respect order in many things but cannot keep my desk and workspace clean. Every time I seek to clear away the piles of completed work, I find myself plunging into a new and vital project. I groan and push the completed paperwork and other remnants aside, and lay down a new layer of work to do. This has been going on for many years, and though I make mighty strides to organize and create new workspaces, I somehow cannot maintain an empty desk with just a keyboard and a few pens on it.

While writing this series of articles, I realized that a clean desk bereft of any work in progress is restimulative to my spiritual companions. When the desktop seems to be approaching a clean state or at least becoming visible again, someone gives me a huge shove, and I think of a vital project that has been hanging fire and must be started immediately.

Writing this article is very much like a session in that it is composed of contributions from my spiritual teammates. They have been addressing this issue of continuing restimulation from several angles, and they finally spotted that my behavior regarding work on my desk is a prime example of avoiding restimulation by keeping the desk covered with work in progress.

When I try to recall the original incident, I get an image of endless workspaces with overseers assigning workloads capriciously and endlessly. The incident is not mine but belongs to one of my beings who suffered from this situation, and he is saving me from that life by making sure I keep my desk covered with work in progress. Discovering this history has been a huge relief, and I now realize that I can clean or not clean my desk and feel good about the decision either way.

The effort to show that I was working by piling up unfinished work and unused tools had spread to my entire office and made it hard to navigate. Now the pressure to clean up is off, as is the resistance to cleaning up, and I can take a more rational look at my office and decide what I really want to do with it this month.

Avoiding restimulation through your lifestyle is almost as bad as experiencing restimulation through your lifestyle. Either way, you are under a compulsion of some sort and are not able to exercise your free will. If there is anything undesirable in your life that resists change, you might want to check and see if continuous restimulation is involved. Now that I have had a chance to see my own involvement in this kind of activity, I am in a better position to help you if you need it.

Everything You Do or Experience Is Restimulative – To Your Spiritual Companions

(Part One of Three articles on Permanent Continuous Restimulation)

Article one – Continuous Restimulation – What Is It Like?

This is part one of a three-part series on continuous restimulation. I discovered very recently that some individuals are subject to continuing restimulation because of what they do or are exposed to. By continuous restimulation, I mean these individuals are subjected to a pattern of environmental stimulation that persists unnoticed for many years and causes damage to the person’s body and mental processes.

The mechanics of this restimulation are quite simple, but the effects can be incredibly complex. Restimulation occurs when something in the environment approximates the sensory content of a buried incident containing pain and unconsciousness. When this occurs, the incident is revived, and the emotional and sensory content of the original incident can overwhelm the individual and exert control over their thinking and actions. When restimulation occurs, the person affected acts as though they were under hypnotic control and will act as though the incident is happening again.

And now, for the most important part, you need to know that restimulation affects not only you and your body but it affects your spiritual companions also. All of the discarnate beings who accompany you through lifetime after lifetime are as subject to this restimulation as you are, and there can be thousands of them who are aware enough to be affected.

So, how does restimulation become continuous?

Let’s start with a simple example: You are driving through an intersection, and someone is not paying attention and smashes into your car. You are thrown around but not injured, and you finally make your way home. The next time you drive through that intersection, you experience a moment of fear and upset as you cross the intersection, even though there is no car coming at you, and you may relive the incident again. If you are in relatively good shape and this was your first accident, this will probably fade in time, and after a few years, you will drive through the intersection and barely tremble.

If you were badly injured in the accident, your memory of the accident might not fade, and you may never feel safe driving your car again and may never want to pass through that intersection even when someone else is driving.

You have spiritual companions who have died in similar accidents, and they may get upset whenever you approach that intersection where you had your accident. They may be so upset that they will prevent you from ever driving again by creating so much fear that you can never take the wheel again.

To add to the matter, if you die in this auto accident, you will have added another painful incident to the collection of incidents you and your spiritual companions have collected through many lifetimes, so when you return in another body you may find that you have no interest in driving a vehicle again, ever! You will find yourself resisting driver education classes and will happily take the bus and public transportation forever.

Now let’s look at this phenomenon from the viewpoint of a person who has never had an auto accident and has never driven a car. He or she has no history of violent crashes, but they have always been afraid to ride in a car, let alone drive a car, and don’t know why. If they just sit in a car and smell the upholstery, they will get violently upset and have to get out or become ill. Past life regression will not turn up car accidents. However, a few minutes of Spiritual Rescue Technology processing will reveal the presence of highly disturbed spirits with an appropriate history of violent deaths in automobiles or similar craft.

Now let’s look at an entirely different part of life, that of a woman giving birth or having a menstrual cycle. The woman can attend childbirth classes with the support of her husband and have a relaxed attitude to childbirth in all of its aspects. However, she can still have inexplicable problems that do not reduce with medical treatment. She may have past life problems that are still plaguing her, but the more likely problem is that her spiritual companions have tragic incidents that are still affecting them, and they, in turn, are affecting her.

Do not think that birth and blood affect only women’s spirits. I encountered a cluster of soldier spirits who died in a very bloody battle, and they did everything possible to keep a young woman from bleeding during her menstrual cycle. This caused the young woman all kinds of problems as it caused her to have a most irregular cycle and much pain. Since she had the problem since her very first period, she had no idea that it could be from restimulation. These soldier spirits had been with her for a very long time and may have affected her for many lifetimes.

The lesson to be learned from this is that restimulation can cause many different problems and can have been in existence for a very long time. If something in your life has never gone well and there is no obvious physical reason, I suggest you check for upset spirits and see what you are doing that is keeping them upset.

You may have assumed that this was the way life was and accepted the condition as natural. If something is not going as well as you want it to go, please communicate with your spiritual companions and get things straightened out.

SPIRITUAL COMPANIONS VERSUS SPIRITUAL TEAMMATES

SPIRITUAL COMPANIONS

On this planet, at least, we are surrounded by discarnate (disembodied) spirits no matter where we go. Depending on your awareness, these spirits make themselves known through telepathic communication, mental image pictures, and waves of emotion. These spirits are the source of voices in your head and those pesky thoughts that won’t go away. These spirits are disembodied sources of life force, and people in good shape seem to perceive this life force.

We make our way through time and space, and we drag along with us a collection of spirits who have attempted to overwhelm us and whom we have overwhelmed. Almost every act of creation has bound us inextricably to other beings. Those who sought a unity with us are still powering our dreams and everyday activities. Those who sought revenge or retribution are plastered on us like barnacles, slowing our progress and disrupting the harmony of our existence.

Most of the spiritual work that has been done up to now has been spent handling troubled beings who still have attention on past incidents and are disrupting our lives. Very little effort is spent on validating the beings who help us.

They are all immortal beings, just like you and I, except that they have had a rougher time of it than you have. We know this because they can no longer bring themselves to run and manage bodies. They are as real as anything else in this universe, and they contribute to your life in proportion to the responsibility you can take for them. You cannot escape them, so you need to learn how to utilize their special skills to achieve your goals in life. As a trained engineer, I view spirits as the ultimate resource for getting things done as well as the most pervasive barrier to success if they are not properly managed. As a spiritual researcher, I found the key to working with spirits was understanding they are like us, and they are willing to help us if properly motivated.

Our spiritual companions include the entire group of spirits who follow on our heels, attracted by the commotion we create with our lives. They drift in and out of our lives and add flavor to our personalities with their competing intentions and purposes. If we are driven to create with a higher purpose in mind, we attract spirits who have similar purposes. If we seek sensations, we attract spirits who pander to those sensations, and our lives become a search for more and more sensations. If you would like a greater reality on what these spirits can do, read Talking To Spirits, available on Amazon.com.

Since these spirits all possess life force, they can be a tremendous resource for us and help us achieve our mutual goals if we manage them well. Managing spirits is a skill that can be learned and a team of spirits working in harmony is a beautiful thing to see. It is also extremely rewarding for all concerned, both for us and for the spirits who choose to work with us. One of our first steps to achieving greater ability is to recognize those spirits who have similar goals to ours and to welcome them as Spiritual Teammates.

SPIRITUAL TEAMMATES

Spiritual Teammates are those beings who have decided to help us in some way, and they make contributions that make our lives effortless in some cases. These spirits have been a part of our history for a very long time and have been known by many different names. Some of the names you may already know, such as guardian angels, spirit guides, spiritual teammates, etc. Every culture has names for those spirits who seem to protect and guide us.

A guardian angel is considered to be a spirit who is assigned to protect and guide a particular person, group, or nation. Belief in such beings can be traced throughout all antiquity. Some people believe that their particular angel is a spiritual being who looks out for their well-being, while others believe their guardian angel is a deceased loved one who is offering guidance.

A spirit guide, in western spiritualism, is an entity that remains as a discarnate spirit to act as a guide or protector to a living incarnated human being. Spirit guides communicate with us through telepathy during meditation, dreams, and thoughts. I have known mediums who rely on their spirit guides to help them in their work.

In the last few years, I have become keenly aware of spirits who have been helping me, and I now call them Spiritual Teammates because their support has enabled me to produce results far beyond my capacity as a solo producer. They monitor my efforts as a counselor and as an author, and they provide me with information on a continuing basis that multiplies my efforts tenfold.

I have been aware of spirits for the past 45 years but was never really aware of how some spirits were actually helping me. I could sense when spirits were opposing me, but when I was successful, I thought it was because of my own efforts. My earlier years in Scientology led to this mistaken belief because they ignore other spirits except as a source of trouble. They do not consider spirits as demons like the Catholic Church does, but they consider discarnate spirits to be degraded beings called Body Thetans which must be exorcised by special counseling rituals called the OT Levels.

After years of delivering spiritual counseling to others, I was surprised to hear from one of my clients that a spirit I was busily driving off was actually trying to help her! It was hurting her in the process, but its intention was to help her. This revelation started me looking for ways in which I could encourage more beings to help us and eventually ended with my understanding of the true role of the beings who have been trying to help us.

Almost every successful person is aware of times they have been given spiritual support, even if they do not recognize the source. Spiritual Rescue Technology recognizes the many roles that spirits play in our lives. Those who study this technology can use my new book to turn spiritual companions into trusted Spiritual Teammates.

Basically, we teach you to communicate with your spiritual companions in a caring way and bring them into present time, and see if they are interested in the projects you are working on. If they are interested, you acknowledge them as Spiritual Teammates and get them to participate in projects that hold their interest. As you work on these projects, you let them organize themselves into whatever teams they prefer as the projects develop.

ANOTHER LOOK AT EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

I think the result of effective management is harmony, and true harmony is quite rare.

The dwindling spiral of life is the result of our ability to drag each other down from godlike ability through destructive insanity to inert non-existence through disharmony.

True harmony is creation and unlimited life and existence with increasing life force for all.

Disharmony results in destruction, conflict, and degradation with diminished life force for all who are involved. When disharmony rules, opposing intentions are met with force resulting in loss of life force and dissolution of any rational approach to existence.

When harmony is understood and valued, opposing intentions are met with reason and rehabilitation of original purposes. Opposing intentions are based on missing or false data, including the idea that life is a zero-sum game. Effective management of spiritual companions eliminates opposing intentions, and when that is accomplished, all intentions can serve to advance progress to agreed-upon goals.

Effective management is that which accomplishes the alignment of intentions without the use of physical force, intimidation, or invalidation.

Effective management incorporates a balance of intention, attention, admiration, knowledge, and responsibility to achieve a degree of control that increases life force while accomplishing desired goals.

Effective management achieves increased life force for all members of the managed group. The use of physical force, intimidation, and invalidation to accomplish desired ends results in diminished performance by group members over time. This is the source of the dwindling spiral of all beings. They harm others to accomplish a result and then withhold themselves from causing further harm, and the result is a loss of power and ability.

The ideal scene for a group is the acquisition of targets and the accomplishing of same with an accompanying increase in life force for all members of the group.

My latest book, MANAGING YOUR SPIRITUAL COMPANIONS, should give any person the data he needs to manage a group and align all intentions without the use of physical force, intimidation, or invalidation. If you can learn to manage your spiritual companions, you have the tools to manage other people and their spiritual companions.
