Establishing Harmony With Your Spiritual Companions – Part Four

Your ideal scene should resemble a finely tuned team of contributing spirits who are cheerfully operating in accord with your wishes and who share in the creation of desirable effects in the physical and spiritual universes. You should be able to go from intention to final result as one seamless flow of activity, making adjustments on the fly as required and learning from the process, so your actions and effectiveness keep improving.

In this part, I will discuss how you can recruit and manage spirits to operate in complete harmony for maximum efficiency and pleasure. As I have mentioned before, caring communication is essential when working with spirits. Strangely enough, not everyone was able to grasp the meaning or the importance of this activity and continued to give orders to their spirits instead of bonding with them and setting them free. I have recently learned how to simplify SRT procedures so that you can easily develop trust with the spirits you are trying to help. The details are covered in the “Developing Trust With Others Series,” which you can find elsewhere on this site. However, I will cover the basic elements here.

The essence of a trust relationship is awareness of the other person’s emotions at all times and acting in a manner that strengthens the trust. The fact that you are using communication skills beyond the five human senses means that you need to be trained and practice until you can perform the actions effortlessly.

One of the most critical factors in creating trust is your state of mind. Having peace of mind allows you to transmit your feelings to the person or being you are trying to help. When you can reliably achieve peace of mind, you will be able to begin developing trust between yourself and any person or animal. Attempting to develop a trust relationship without first achieving peace of mind is a waste of time.

Trust, like admiration, is a phenomenon beyond the five human senses. It occurs when a person or being knows that your intention is to help them and not harm them. You might wish to think of this as telepathy, but it is a communication of your feelings to another being in a way that develops trusted cooperation.

You must maintain a clean intention that you are willing to help the spirit and respect their reluctance and any fears they may have. You must maintain your peace of mind while you are helping the spirit regardless of what they do or say. Your intention is what is important. If you have the right intention, your words will serve to let the client know what step you are on. If you are working directly with a spirit, you can probably run the process silently.

A person or a spirit can pick up your intention, and if you are living calmly in the present moment and intending to be trusted and helpful, the person or being will respond appropriately and will follow your instructions.

If you are operating in this manner, you can establish communication with any person or spirit by imagining that you are that person or being and continuing this activity until you can perceive what it is like to be that person or being. Repeat imagining you are this person or being until you are comfortable being them and know their intentions and why they have them. At this point, you will know what to say or ask to make the person or being happier. Their thoughts will come to you without asking for them. Do remember that you need to be aware of the client’s emotions as well as the spirits you are dealing with.

You need to stay in the present moment with your attention on everyone’s emotions while you maintain an intention of peaceful cooperation. You will know whether to ask if the being wants to leave the current situation or to continue working with the being who is operating the body, the client. If you have been maintaining your peace of mind, the client and the beings you are helping will cooperate, and the realizations and releases will come quickly. Some beings will desire to leave and may break away quickly without even saying goodbye. If you feel the release, just acknowledge their departure and take up the next step, which is to ask if any spirits want to join the client with his future projects. If you have been doing a solo session, you ask if the spirits are willing to help you and what are they interested in.

When you follow these steps, you will be enlisting spirits who are willing to help you and will work in harmony with the spirits who are already on board.

If, at any time during the recruiting cycle, you get resistance and negative emotions from other spirits, make sure you are securely in your peace of mind mode and locate the sources of disharmony for future handling. Do not stop handling the new recruits until they are free or securely onboard. Once the recruiting is complete, locate and handle the beings who are unhappy or disturbed. If you maintain your peace of mind, you will quickly resolve what has disturbed these unhappy spirits. It will usually be an unhandled incident that has gone into restimulation while you were recruiting new spiritual companions. You simply handle it and restore the spirit’s free will, and he will decide to become a recruit or go elsewhere.

You will notice that this is just a refinement of the SRT reach and withdraw process using easily understood concepts and terms that can be used with new people. One of the main differences is the stress on learning how to develop peace of mind through meditation and returning to that state during processing. You can read about achieving peace of mind elsewhere on this site.

If you are adept at achieving peace of mind, you will become instantly aware whenever disharmony occurs in your group of spiritual companions. The disharmony occurs when an engram is restimulated, so you merely have to locate the spirit who is showing signs of upset and handle the incident which has gone into restimulation. Sometimes, just a gentle inquiry of the being will enable him to blow the charge by inspection. At other times the being will realize it has been trapped and will wake up and leave of its own accord. You will know the situation is handled when a release occurs.

As you continue to develop greater harmony within your group of spiritual companions, you will experience a state of exhilaration that persists for longer periods of time. You will be able to go from intention to final result as one seamless flow of activity, making adjustments on the fly as required and learning from the process, so your actions and effectiveness keep improving.

You will be aware of your team, and they will be aware of you. It is a great state to be in.

Establishing Harmony With Your Spiritual Companions – Part Three

It’s time to revisit the basic cause of disharmony if we are to detect the different sources of disharmony in a group. The first step is recognizing that harmony comes from exchange. This may not be obvious, but harmonious activity requires a full and fair exchange between all participants.

Since you are supposed to be leading your group of spirits, it is up to you to determine what exchanges are occurring between you and your spirits and who do these exchanges benefit.

If a majority of the spirits surrounding you are stuck in past incidents and are projecting shame, blame, and regret, they will not have enough life force to help you with anything creative. As a matter of fact, spirits whose emotional tone level is below interest will not be able to engage in positive activities of any kind. These spirits will be a drag on you and every action you try to undertake. They will intentionally oppose any action that produces change/ These are the beings who make your life so difficult. Handling these damaged beings is a continuing activity as you will be picking up more damaged beings every time you attempt to help someone who is not doing well.

In fact, all you need to do is to talk with someone in the supermarket or on the phone, and you may find that you have picked up some new refugees from a person who is doing worse than you spiritually. That sinking feeling you get after visiting a friend in the hospital may come from the beings who spotted you in the hospital and decided to come home with you. Staying sane and cheerful is a continuing effort of spotting and handling the spirits who decide to attach themselves to you. After all, you brush your teeth every day and wash your hands to keep yourself clean. Why not plan on dealing with stray spirits when they join you and interrupt the harmony you are creating.

Fortunately, you do not have to arrange for daily or weekly SRT sessions if you learn how to do daily SRT solo sessions which will keep you in present time and on top of any actions that threaten your spiritual harmony. I have produced a free Handbook for SRT Solo Sessions which I will send to you on request.

You will use these solo sessions to handle any spirits who are not contributing to the harmony of your existence. The disharmony of some spirits will be very obvious because they will be causing you pain or worry or fear when you try to do something positive. You merely spot where they are located and engage them in conversation to find what incident they are stuck in using the SRT reach and withdraw processes to inspire trust and set them free. Any time you feel less than enthusiastic about what you are doing, you should check to see if you really know what you are doing and whether you have spirits who are upset. In either case, handle what is out until you are enthusiastic again.

Once you have handled the spirits whose actions are hindering your creativity, you should look for those spirits who are not contributing in any way to your success. There are often many spirits who are merely spectators to your daily attempts to make things go right. They observe and comment but do nothing to improve conditions or provide useful information. They contribute to the background noise and to negative feelings but do nothing useful. When you reach out to them, they do not respond or may resist answering when you address them. They are not contributing to the harmony of your group, so you should make every effort to remove them when you detect their presence.

You do not want a population of freeloading spirits as they are generally glum and useless, and they have nothing to contribute to your efforts to dominate the physical universe. As a spirit having a human existence, much of your efforts are dedicated to dominating and arranging the physical universe to give you pleasurable sensations and amusement. Non-producing spiritual companions are an unnecessary burden and should be discarded as soon as possible if they cannot be rehabilitated. Anything that hinders your ability to produce results should be investigated and purged.

In Part Four of this series, I will discuss how you can recruit and manage spirits to operate in complete harmony for maximum efficiency and pleasure.

Establishing Harmony With Your Spiritual Companions – Part Two

If you have finally realized that life should not have to be so difficult, we can get on to the interesting part, which is how you fix the problem once and for always.

The first step is recognizing that harmony comes from exchange. I know this is not obvious, but harmonious activity requires full and fair exchange between all participants. Interestingly enough, there are many family situations where parents do not require exchange from their children. Instead, these parents carry the load of managing family affairs and caring for the people and materials of the household by themselves. These parents get used to doing everything by themselves and fail to recognize that harmonious family life is based on a fair exchange.

When an individual, whether in a meat body or as a free spirit, is in exchange with his environment, he can predict his future and is able to act in harmony with others and his environment. Beings who do not recognize the need to maintain a fair exchange with others are a burden on others and do not contribute to the harmonious actions of the group they are in.

You who are reading this article should be the leaders of your group of spirits. Do you know what you can exchange with your spiritual companions and what they should be contributing to you? Have you ever thought about your exchanges with the spirits who surround you and whisper advice and warnings to you? Would you like to have a tight-knit group of supportive spirits helping you and contributing to your daily efforts to control your life?

There is rarely any harmony in a group if the leader does not know the group exists and that he is leading it. Most of the meat-body people on this planet are unaware of their spiritual companions. Even those of you who are spiritually aware do not realize that you are surrounded by sentient beings who affect your every waking moment with their thoughts and concerns. Some of these beings have painful and overwhelming memories of events that get triggered as you go about your daily life. Reading the news is enough to stir up old memories in most of us, so your morning dose of news can easily set the mood for a discouraging and upsetting day.

It is actually your job as the leader of this group of spirits to set the course of action to avoid disturbing things that are non-essential to your survival. One of your first actions is to avoid bad news that does not affect you or your family. Reading about conspiracies and alien invasions is as bad as a diet of horror stories. All of these produce negative reactions from your spiritual companions, which act on your emotional state and your health.

What this means is that if you are getting negative emotional reactions to any of your daily activities, you should consider stopping them and finding a way to calm your spiritual companions. Learn to meditate and make it a daily practice so that you can swiftly return to living in the present moment when disturbing events occur.

Once you learn to live in the present moment, you will begin to become aware of the messages you are receiving from your spiritual companions. By this point, you should take the opportunity to read “Talking To Spirits,” which is the third book in the Spiritual Rescue Technology series. This will give you an understanding of the many spirits who are accompanying you through life and will familiarize you with the many ways to communicate with these spirits.

If you are already aware of your spiritual companions, you should start observing them to see who is willing to help you and who is not being helpful. Those beings who are continually screaming in pain need to be handled, so they are free from the memories which haunt them and make your life miserable. This effort of handling troubled spirits can take many years, so you need to pay attention to those beings who are already trying to help you while you handle the beings who can’t help you.

In other words, creating a harmonious group of supportive spirits is a two-part activity. You have to handle the spirits who are actively blocking you from getting things done, but you need to keep your attention on beings who are helping you and learn what they need and want from you.

Little by little, you will establish order and achieve harmony among your spiritual companions, and you will make progress faster and faster as this occurs. After you handle the spirits who are actively sabotaging your life, you will be handling those who are just observing but not contributing to your welfare. Eventually, you will start experiencing the joy of living a fully satisfying life, and you will feel the exhilaration that comes with harmony among your spirits.

In Part Three of this series, I will discuss the different sources of disharmony among your spiritual companions and effective ways to handle them and optimize the harmony between you and your spirits.

Establishing Harmony With Your Spiritual Companions – Part One

After 12 years of research into spiritual matters, I am still uncovering new material about our relationship with the discarnate spirits who surround us. My latest discovery has to do with the problems that occur when your spiritual companions are not working in harmony and why that is actually your fault when this occurs!

Do you feel exasperated and overwhelmed by life? Do you feel like you are working alone against the world and its problems? Do you feel that your life so far is just one damned thing after another? Does your experience with getting help seem to be one step forward and two steps back? Do you find that your wins seem to evaporate after a few days with no visible cause?

I think I can show you what is happening and how you can finally take steps to end this unhappy state of affairs. This is an area that is invisible to Scientology and every other offshoot of that practice, and there is no rundown that I know of that will directly address what is going on. All of the processes I have seen in the past 45 years treat only the symptoms and do not restore harmony among your spiritual companions.

Here is a useful working definition of harmony as it will be used in this article:

Harmony

  1. An orderly or pleasing combination of elements in a whole.
  2. A relationship in which various components exist together without destroying one another.
  3. A relationship characterized by a lack of conflict or by agreement, as of opinion or interest.

Harmony is created. It is an intentional state. It requires support from all members of the group in order to exist at all and continuous support from the group to persist. This may be new to you, but harmony requires a leader to direct and manage the members of the group. The leader must motivate the group members to contribute to the harmonious activity and somehow acknowledge the members appropriately, so they continue to operate harmoniously. Please note that harmony depends on contributions from every member of the group in response to direction from the leader of the group.

Harmony, by its very nature, cannot be enforced. It is not a top-down activity with no attention paid to the origination of group members. It is a guided activity where the leader does the guiding and is aware of every effort contributing to the harmony. Those contributing to the harmony get rewarded by the recognition of their participation by the others who are participating. When a spiritual being does an activity, and others join in, this is actually a form of admiration, and this increases the life force of all who are participating.

If you have ever observed migrating birds, there comes a point where the birds finally organize into a harmonious pattern which they maintain for many hours. They move as if they were all connected in some way. There are no collisions, and they maintain their relationships in space while changing directions. If you have ever observed them closely, you would have noticed that they are in a state of exhilaration.

This state of exhilaration is observable in almost any group working in close harmony, whether a choir or a close-knit team of athletes.

When your spiritual companions are working closely together with you in support of the projects you are trying to accomplish, life is incredibly satisfying! Obstacles may appear but are quickly dealt with, and the handling of obstacles becomes a welcome part of the learning experience on the way to producing a final result. When your spiritual companions are working in harmony, life is continually interesting and exciting.

Your best indicator that your spirits are not working in harmony is that your life is hard and unsatisfying.

In Part Two of this series, I will discuss how to recognize sources of disharmony among your spiritual companions and different ways of establishing a harmonious group to work with.
