SRT WORKSHOP TOMORROW on SOLO SESSIONS

I find that many of you do not do daily solo SRT sessions and I would like to handle any barriers that you may have. Solo sessions with your spiritual companions will enhance your abilities to get things done more than anything else you can do.

You are surrounded by spirits who have many years of experience and it seems rather foolish not to take advantage of this knowledge when it is readily available. Those of us who do solo sessions can reach out at any time to get advice from the spirits who accompany us through life. These spirits observe us and often interact with us and if we are on good terms with them, they can be very helpful.

If you stay in good communication with your friendly spirits, you have ready access to their knowledge. If you are doing anything creative, you get constant inspiration from the spirits watching you create. Since there are spirits watching you at every moment of the day, you ca also ask them where you left your glasses or cell phone when you have put them away and forgotten where that was.

When you are friends with your spiritual companions, they will assist you with timely suggestions when you are carrying on a conversation. Sometimes when I wish to make a point about something significant, I will find the appropriate phrase springing to mind with no coaxing. Sometimes these prompts that are volunteered use language that I have never used before!

Open communication with the spirits accompanying you through life will also handle the unexpected appearance of spirits you pick up in a hospital visit or in an unexpected meeting with strangers. If you have ever felt uncomfortable after meeting someone or visiting a place haunted by ghosts, a solo session will quickly help you sort things out and send the troubled spirits elsewhere.

If you have ever felt moody and could not spot the source of your feelings, a solo session will fix you up in minutes. You basically get in communication with the beings who are affecting you and get them unstuck from whatever is bothering them.

If this sounds like an ability you would like to have, join us on Zoom tomorrow for our weekly SRT Workshop using the usual link. If you don’t have the link, send me an email at srtcounseling@gmail.com.

Mastering Your Ability To Reach And Withdraw Is Essential For Success

If you control your relationships in different areas of your life, you are able to enjoy those relationships and they give you satisfaction. Those areas of your life which make you uncomfortable or fearful occupy much of your attention, and they suppress your ability to survive and be successful.

If you learn how to reach and withdraw from dangerous or uncomfortable people in your life, you will discover how to manage your relationships so they no longer affect you negatively. The mere fact you are connected to someone who makes you feel inadequate or fearful says that you made a bad choice in connecting up with them.

You decided to reach for them sometime in the past and you failed to recognize that they were bad for you because they continually make you feel small and inadequate. There was something attractive in connecting up with them and you overlooked disturbing signs when they appeared. You failed to gather enough data about connecting to them when you first met.

You did a reach by putting attention on the person or situation without preparing to withdraw at the first sign of danger or something that did not make sense. When I use the term withdraw, I mean pulling your attention off the person or situation and bringing it back to known and familiar territory as in comparing where you have gotten by reaching back to a safe and supportive environment where you felt successful and productive.

Let’s take a job interview or first date as example of ordinary reaching. You have decided to make a change and you are reaching out and connecting to a new person or organization. If this is to be successful, you need to withdraw your attention from connecting up and look closely at what is important to you at the first sign of something unexpected or hostile.

You are attracted by the possibilities that the person or opportunity seem to present, but they bring up something that doesn’t make sense! This is the point where you withdraw and look at what you know to be true for you and compare it to what is now being presented. This will give you some questions to ask so you can clarify exactly what this new relationship is offering. You reach again with these questions and either resolve the confusion or confirm that obstacles exist which need to be resolved.

If you get resistance to your questions, you will have already confirmed that the relationship will not be  pleasant one and should be terminated as son as possible. If they are willing to answer your questions, you may get confirmation that the person or organization wants you to perform in ways you do not like and you should terminate your attempts to join them immediately. If your attitude is open and friendly and the relationship offer is a good one, you should get answers that reinforce your desire to join the person or group.

Reaching and withdrawing in this way will give you the data you need to establish a lasting and worthwhile relationship. If you and the person or organization are willing to talk freely about any and all concerns during your initial meetings, you have the opportunity to establish a relationship that will last for years. If you know what you are looking for in the relationship and communicate this in a caring way while being prepared to withdraw if things get confusing, you have a good chance of ending up with a lasting and workable relationship.

The secret to a good relationship is in learning what the other party really expects, and communicating what you expect in return, using caring communication at all times. If you understand that the process of building relationships requires continuing reaching and withdrawing as described above, you will be happy, productive, and successful.

WE HAD AN INCREDIBLE REACH AND WITHDRAW WORKSHOP SUNDAY

We discovered how to perform remote viewing safely without triggering old memories or pulling in unwanted phenomena. The secret is in knowing how to reach and withdraw safely so that you gather data on a person, area, or event, and put yourself at cause over that person, area, or event without getting overwhelmed or upset.

Reach and withdraw can be performed on physical objects with excellent results. This methodology puts soldiers at cause over the weapons they are to use, and can be used to put workers at ease when handling dangerous tools and machines.

Attempting to do reach and withdraw on a person, area, or event without proper training can make you sick and turn on all sorts of physical and mental reactions. I proved this to myself last year when I spent some time wondering how we, as immortal spirits, have managed to diminish our abilities from legendary godlike powers to a point where we can barely manage to keep our lives together. A few hours of pondering events of the past and I pulled in a nasty case of vertigo and nausea which did not abate for many hours. Because I am stubborn, as well as slow to learn, I did the same again with the same unpleasant results.

The problem, as I learned recently, is that I was not reaching and withdrawing, but reaching with no thought of withdrawing. Like a child putting his fingers into a moving fan, I was demonstrating that curiosity alone is not a safe guide to behavior.

Reaching and withdrawing is actually putting attention on something until you can see if it is dangerous or that there is something you do not understand about it. As soon as you perceive danger or something you do not understand, you withdraw your attention to your present time environment and consider what you have just perceived. When you have identified what you need more information on, you reach again to gather more data. You continue reaching and withdrawing until you have the realizations that put you at cause over the target of your interests.

The group which participates in our workshop is interested in observing spiritual phenomena and has been observing situations and engaging in spiritual healing for some years now. In some cases, our observations have caused us to experience uncomfortable effects, which we now realize come from our incorrect reaching and withdrawing. We were reaching to rescue people from painful or unhappy situations and we were not reaching and withdrawing to gather enough data to be succesful.

We concluded the workshop by doing some group remote viewings using a correct application of reaching and withdrawing. We viewed the Statue of Liberty, a notable politician, and the planet Mars.

The viewings were done to gather data and were not extended to the point where we would be at cause over the target areas. The Statue of Liberty is haunted, as I expected, the politician was confused as we expected, and Mars is a desolate and lonely place where our attention was not welcome. We felt no life on Mars, just a feeling that we were not welcome. You can draw your own conclusions on where that hostility comes from. We have crossed Mars off our list of places to visit.

We shared a number of realizations during our workshop discussion and you can hear what we covered in the video recording available at https://icedrive.net/s/GFwZAP5vT1783gj2R7N4FXGxx1NX

The video is quite large so you may wish to use the preview function to see what we were doing instead of downloading the entire session.

I Need To Sharpen My Reach And Withdraw Skills

I have been using Reach and Withdraw for years, but I still don’t have it fully under control. I was asking my spiritual companions about Mars this morning in a solo session and I managed to pull in a huge mass of spiritual confusion in just a few minutes. When I say spiritual confusion, it is the best description I know to describe the unconsciousness that moves in on me when I look at certain things that are highly charged. This wouldn’t have happened if I had been doing reach and withdraw correctly.

Certain events evoke emotions when they are recalled. Then, some incidents make me go unconscious when I try to think about them. In reviewing these activities, I see that I did not prepare myself to reach and withdraw. I reached out to the spirits in my vicinity and asked them a few simple questions about Mars. I received a few terse responses and a fleeting impression of an environment that is cold and lonely and my perceptions shut down as I began to yawn and a heaviness moved in on me.

I did a quick process of locating myself in my workspace and noticing things in my environment until the heaviness lifted enough so I could start writing this post. I should have known better, because the last time I did something like this, I pulled in a serious bout of vertigo that lasted for several hours. I had merely wondered how godlike beings had managed to degrade themselves to the point where they were barely able to animate and run human bodies.

This confirmed the fact that we are immortal beings and we have memories that are so heavily charged that rummaging around in them can be painful. Reaching and Withdrawing is not rummaging around wide-eyed in our past memories. It is a knowing approach to perceiving something by putting attention on a time or place in the past or future with the object of gaining information and then withdrawing that attention back to present time and location each time new information is obtained. There are incidents and locations that can capture your attention and hold it until you lose control of yourself. Some of these are traps that were deliberately constructed, while others are incidents that trigger involuntary reactions because of their content.

If you are actually reaching and withdrawing to gather information about an unknown place or incident, you need to be prepared to withdraw immediately as soon as you gather new data about whatever you are perceiving and assess the value of what you have just learned before reaching again. In this way, you have a decent chance to learn enough about whatever you are looking at before you get hurt or captured by what is there. You can usually perceive that something is dangerous before you are so involved that you and your attention are trapped and you suffer damage.

Perception is more than just looking at something. You have the capability to detect intentions and emotions as well as whether the target of your attention has attention on you. Development of these abilities requires training, but there are many people capable of training you other than those of us who use spiritual rescue technology.

As I said at the beginning of this post, I need to refresh my reach and withdraw skills before I do any more adventuring into what’s on Mars these days. I plan on doing some demonstrations in our SRT Workshop this Sunday at 12 noon Eastern time. Join us on Zoom using the usual link if you would like to sharpen your reach and withdraw skills.
