Your easy solutions came with a penalty you never expected, even if you never got caught. These easy solutions involved cheating in school, false reporting in work situations, and infidelity in personal relationships.
We now have the tools to enable you to discover why this has happened and to discover for yourself why you did things you now have to hide. All of these tools have been used in solo sessions by others, it’s time you learned to use them yourself.

The word integrity evolved from the Latin adjective integer, meaning whole or complete. In this context, integrity is the inner sense of “wholeness” deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. Integrity is the quality of being honest and having a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
A person is said to possess the virtue of integrity if the person’s actions are based upon an internally consistent framework of principles. If a person has no framework of principles and makes decisions based on whatever seems expedient at the time, the person does not exhibit integrity. Politicians who make decisions based on expedient solutions are not considered reliable as they have no integrity.
Integrity can be thought of as understanding and being compliant to the rules and agreements you have chosen to follow. If you are exposed to other rules and agreements and follow them without adhering to your current set of principles, your lack of integrity will damage your standing with all of your past and present associates. Your behavior will indicate that you are untrustworthy.
A person with integrity projects certainty of thought and purpose because there is no hidden purpose or hidden deeds. A person burdened by a lack of integrity will always be concerned that someone will discover things they have done which they need to keep hidden. A person with integrity will have no discreditable secrets. They will be comfortable with everything they have done regardless of what it was.

If you look at life in terms of exchange, a lot of confusions are blown away. There are four general areas of exchange and they determine how an individual or group will survive.
Criminal Exchange is getting something for nothing and it is a non-viable way of running your life or any business because eventually you will have no one left who will exchange anything with you and you will end up dead or in prison.
Inadequate Exchange is delivering less than is promised. There may be a short term reward for the organization, but the recipient is always disappointed and spreads bad news about the transaction and in the long run this leads to failure of the person or organization. If you look at the history of any failing organization, you will see a history of inadequate exchange with its customers or its staff.
Fair Exchange is delivering what was promised. The recipient is happy and continues to do business with the person or organization. They may even recommend the service to others. The person or company providing fair exchange continues to prosper as long as they maintain a fair exchange with their customers and suppliers.
Exchange in Abundance is where the product or service provided exceeds the expectation of the recipient. The provider does more than he promises and this makes a difference in the life of the recipient. This kind of exchange promotes good will and guarantees long term success for the person or organization providing it. The recipients of this kind of exchange provide rave reviews that lead to more and more business for the provider.
If you look at your life in terms of what you exchange with others, and make sure you provide exchange in abundance, you will enjoy the rewards that come with exceeding other’s expectations. The exchange will be recognized by those who are involved and your life will change in ways you never expected. You will definitely be happier and will have peace of mind.
By focusing on creating abundance in your exchanges, you will banish any concern about scarcity from your life.
Spiritual Investigations can be risky. You get exposed to ideas and memories that can be most disturbing. We practice reaching and withdrawing in our Spiritual Rescue Technology sessions but we often encounter situations that shake our perception of life.
If we do not have a completely safe place to withdraw to, we can suffer some ill effects from what we have encountered. A few of us are working on designs for our own safe places and the results have been encouraging.
Gathering data about spirits and their influence on our lives is best done as a reach and withdraw action. We reach until we encounter a situation that prevents us from making further progress and we withdraw to a safe place to analyze what we have found and plan our next actions.
To accomplish this we need to create a safe place in our minds where we can retreat and reflect on the appropriate actions to restore our vitality and willingness to reach out and experience life again. A couple of us have been working on this task and have found that there is a lot that can be done to give ourselves spiritual stability in the face of unexpected challenges. There is no standard pattern for this safe place as each of us has different requirements, but we have found that by working together we are inspired to come up with designs that we would not have thought of on our own.
