Personality traits are often defined in a variety of ways, but in the field of psychology, they are generally thought of as characteristic forms of behaviors, thoughts, or feelings that tend to be relatively stable and consistent. Some of these that are often included on a list of personality traits include:

Absent-minded, Accessible, Active, Adaptable, Adventurous, Agreeable, Aggressive, Aloof, Altruistic, Angry, Anxious, Approval-seeking, Assertive, Calm, Callous, Careless, Charismatic, Charming, Cheerful, Clever, Compassionate, Compliant, Confident, Conforming, Conscientious, Considerate, Contemplative, Courageous, Creative, Cruel, Curious, Cynical, Decisive, Dishonest, Dramatic, Emotionally stable, Empathetic, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Extroverted, Friendly, Forthright, Gregarious, Honest, Impulsive, Introverted, Irritable, Kind, Loyal, Mature, Meticulous, Modest, Moody, Narcissistic, Neat, Needy, Nervous, Neurotic, Obedient, Organized, Open to experience, Opinionated, Optimistic, Orderly, Peaceful, Perfectionist, Playful, Resilient, Rigid, Risk-taking, Self-control, Selfish, Sensation-seeking, Serious, Shy, Sociable, Tidy, Timid, Trustworthy, Understanding, Vindictive, Warm,

There are other lists that run to several thousand traits. Today, many contemporary psychologists believe that personality is composed of five broad dimensions known as the big 5.

After 12 years of intensive research with living subjects, I am reasonably confident that many of these personality traits are produced by spirits who have joined us and participated in our daily lives. I have communicated with these spirits in sessions with clients and in solo sessions with my own collection of spirits and have never failed to achieve a change in the person’s personality, including my own.

I have found that troubling personality traits can be changed or removed when we communicate with the responsible spirit in a caring way. A fearful spirit can affect a person’s life until it is properly handled because its attention is still stuck in some horrifying incident from the distant past and it is still expecting something scary to happen. Some spirits are still trying to even for some real or imagined wrong and cause the person to whom they are attached to be continually suspicious and irritable. When spirits like these are contacted and brought into present time, they can be persuaded to let go of the ancient wrong they are stuck in and they depart to find a new life for themselves. They usually do not realize they are immortal beings and when this is brought to their attention, they often snap out of their fixated state and leave without further notice.

We attract spirits in many different ways, but the greatest attraction is the affinity a spirit feels for us when we are exhibiting some strong emotion. If we are happy and enthusiastic, we attract happy spirits. If we are continually creative, we attract spirits interested in participating in that creation. I know of a famous young composer who has been attracting dead composers ever since she was 6 years old. I myself have attracted helpful spirits ever since I started writing books about spirits.

These spirits stay with us as long as we continue to do something that interests them. When we stop our creative activity, we usually find that the spirits who helped in that activity will leave. When I was taking piano lessons in junior high school, I was able to play quite well in public and had memorized both classical and popular piano pieces. When I decided I did not need lessons anymore, I found to my horror that I could not remember a single piece a year later. This was before I recognized the help I was receiving from spirits.

When we pick up a spiritual companion who operates as part of our personality, we get attitudes, skill sets, and a whole framework of personal quirks. When this happens during a single lifetime, our family and friends think we are just” going through a phase”. I am sure that the “Terrible Twos” that parents encounter occur because some spirits are now providing new ideas to the formerly complacent toddler. When puberty arrives, it is not only the body that changes. I am sure that the growing awareness of the opposite sex comes from eager spirits looking for action as well as the original spiritual owner.

If you study and use Spiritual Rescue Technology to address problem personality traits, you will discover that there are spirits producing those traits and the usual reason is that they are still trying to solve some problem that overwhelmed them many lifetimes ago. Bringing those spirits to present time can make your life easier and will set these troubled spirits free to live new lives. In some cases, freeing a spirit from some ancient problem allows them to be helpful in ways they could not imagine before. Instead of feeling compelled to help because of some past experience, they are free to help you because they like you and want to be with you.

Using SRT processes to help your spiritual companions adds to your personal power and your ability to make things happen the way you want them to happen. If there are things you do not like about “yourself” and the way you act, get some SRT processing and create the personality that fits your needs now and in the future.
