Harnessing is the present participle of harness, which means to control something, usually in order to use its power.
The only reason anything happens is because there is an intention to make it happen. When you intend something to happen, it happens, unless you allow other intentions to take over. The only reason we reached the moon in 1969, or became separate from England in 1775 was because there was enough intention to make that happen.
When you have enough intention, you make it happen for yourself, and if you intend it to happen for others, you can make that happen also if your intention is great enough to influence them.
Intention is a spiritual ability and depends on how aligned you and your spiritual companions are at any given time. If you are aware of your spiritual companions and are operating in alignment with them, all of your intentions are aligned and you make things happen easily and consistently.
If you and your spiritual companions are not aligned, you will find yourself being constantly distracted and unable to get things done the way you want. Aligning your intentions and the intentions of your spiritual companions takes an effort of will and an understanding of what you are all doing.
When you and your spiritual companions are operating in alignment, magic happens and you and they will experience unbelievable joy and satisfaction. In the attached image, Jake has been able to become his calm and beautiful self again.
