Dealing With Microscopic Spiritual Beings

Spirits come in a wide variety of abilities and sizes and if we talk to enough spirits, our perception of spirits expands to those spirits whose span of attention and activity is microscopic. Microscopic spiritual beings have life forces, intentions, attention, and emotions, just like you do, but in most cases, I have seen they do not respond to direct communication with words and images. They do respond to admiration and emotions, so it is possible to wake them up and get them to change what they are doing.

Almost every illness or infection I have encountered has had a spiritual component that is holding it in place or expanding it. The spirits animating normal cells are working in unison with the rest of the body cells to support the activities of the body. The spirits animating cancer cells are working toward a different end.

The image shows Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Cancers can be dealt with surgically and if caught early allow the person to live normally. The problem with any cancer is that it can appear and cause a great deal of damage before it is detected and stopped. I have had skin cancer on my scalp for many years from a misspent youth accumulating sun damage with no sun protection. I have had many years of surgery and freezings and other treatments, but my cancers seem to have survived every bit of work by the good doctors who attended to me.

Recently, while doing spiritual healing on a client, I discovered that there were spiritual beings at work who did not respond to normal SRT processes. I could detect life forces at work in certain areas, but I could not get them to communicate. I finally realized that these spirits were so far down the awareness scale that they did not recognize they were alive with a future existence and a past. They merely existed and sought to survive. They were almost indistinguishable from the spirits who animated the cells surrounding them.

The more I look at these “cell-sized” spirits, the more I feel that they have descended to the level of spirits who animate cells. After all, every cell is animated by a spirit and the responsibility level may go far below the cell level because each cell has living energy production units called mitochondria which are alive also. I have not explored cell anatomy beyond that but I have discovered that I can affect the cells of my body by admiring them and the spirits animating them.

When I reach and withdraw on parts of my body, I can pick up the intentions within these parts and I can affect the life force of these parts by admiring them. In working with clients on body problems, we have found that admiration can change the state of an ailing body part for the better. The one thing that these micro-spirits have in common is that they are no longer recognizable as former human beings. Even with enough admiration to wake them up and cause them to move off, I did not get coherent telepathic communication and imagery from them. I did get a shift in their intentions and a feeling of release when they let go.

I have the feeling that there is much more to be learned about spiritual beings at the lower end of the awareness scale. In the last few years, I have encountered spiritual beings trapped in crystals for many thousands of years, and spiritual beings behaving as bits of matter in people’s bodies. I have also encountered beings acting as insects and tormenting a person’s body for many years. None of these beings responded to telepathic communication in the usual way with thoughts or images. They did project intentions and awareness that they were being contacted.

I would appreciate my readers with any experience with these low awareness beings to share their experiences and any insights they may have on communicating effectively with these beings to set them free and restore their free will. I feel we are opening a new chapter in Spiritual Rescue Technology research and can use all of the data that has been observed about beings at this level of awareness. The object of our research is to restore awareness to these beings and to get them to operate in harmony with us if possible.

If a being has decided to be a cell in our body or to be a blade of grass, it should be able to do so in harmony with other beings performing the same or similar functions. The same is true if a being has decided on existence as a bird, a bear, a fish, or as an insect. All life is connected and interacts with other lifeforms in accordance with its design. When there is an aberration in which a life form acts to destroy itself because of an unfortunate spiritual intervention, I feel that the cause of the spiritual activity is worth investigating and resolving if possible.

Everything that happens is caused by intentions and if a harmful and non-aligned intention is destroying an otherwise beneficial situation, I feel it is worth investigating and setting it right.

How To Get By With A Little Help From Your Friends

There is a vital necessity for networking in spite of the reputation it has gained from misuse. Finding new friends and linking up with them for our mutual benefit is how I have supported myself since I left the mothership, (Sun Microsystems) back in 2001. When I occasionally used the dreaded word “networking”, it was not unusual to see the beginning of an eye roll or a curl of the lip as “networking” has been downgraded for many people to an exchanging of business cards at job fairs or business mixers.

The truth of the matter is that an independent business person selling directly to customers is always networking whether he delivers music lessons, custom framing, or handling bankruptcies. It is an attitude one creates that makes customers want to refer others to you for services.

It is an attitude that you carry with you of wanting to help others. If you truly want to help others, it shows in your conduct and it prepares you to discuss what you do at the drop of a hat.

When you meet someone, one of the first questions that get asked on both sides is, “What do you do?”

If you are in the business of helping others and making a living by doing that, your first words are to describe what you do in a way that might be attractive to the other person.

If the person picks up on what you have said, you will probably have a chance to discuss some potential business with them. If they don’t pick up on it, let it drop and discuss areas of mutual interest.

If, as in the case of many people in rural communities like Floyd, VA, they have several different professions and you have to ask a few questions to get an idea of what the person is doing in life and what projects he is working on. It usually only takes a few minutes to find out what tasks he is trying to do that you might be able to contribute to.

Once you communicate that you can help him with his computer system, his garden, his kiln, or his website, you will probably find that you have other areas in common and you are on your way to establishing a relationship that will pay dividends for a long time.

In many of these relationships, the exchange is far more valuable than mere money. I helped an artist with his website and he helped me with my firewood. I helped a neighbor with his computer system and he provided me with machinery and services that I could not afford otherwise. In some cases, I did custom framing for neighbors in return for services that I could not get elsewhere.

These exchanges brought us closer and improved our quality of life at the same time. These people also recommended me to others who purchased my services. I looked for opportunities to recommend their services or products to others in turn.

Now that I live in a large city in North Carolina and deliver spiritual counseling sessions online, the opportunities for exchange are different but the same rules apply. I work with clients to improve their lives and I take every opportunity to offer to help them with their businesses and relationships as well as their spiritual welfare. I consider them friends and they respond by recommending me to others who need help with their lives.

In many cases, I follow up with their progress and their problems long after they have received their counseling sessions. I try to ensure that they continue to use the spiritual technology I developed to handle life’s problems as they arise. I find that working with a client for a few months establishes a bond that keeps me informed of their spiritual health and if they run into spiritual difficulties. This lets me send them a short message to let them know I am thinking of them and am willing to help them through whatever they are encountering.

Working with someone spiritually develops a connection that is like the bond of close family members. There is a lingering awareness of their location and their emotional state. You can maintain that connection by continuing your communication with them or you can quietly ignore them if they desire privacy. This is actually no different than working with someone on a project to improve a community as your cooperative efforts forges a bond that lasts for years.

Whether you are helping a neighbor or volunteering to help a community, you are developing trustworthy relationships. If the activity is voluntary, you are building relationships and friendships that are more valuable than you can imagine. In today’s world, we often end up in places where we do not have an established family. Our ability to find new friends and link up with them can determine our state of security as we age. Whether you are a self-employed business owner or are quietly retired, you benefit from having friends to share your life with.

In times of financial and global uncertainty like these, it seems that people are extra careful and want to spend their time with people they know and trust if possible. One can never have too many good friends so you should never stop networking.

Predicting Your Future With An Employer

One of the most important decisions you have to make is in selecting employers who will make effective use of your talents and will recognize and reward you for what you can contribute. If you can effectively predict your future with this employer, you can possibly enjoy years of a productive relationship which will leave you richer in experience and in a better position financially.

This is not an employer you should work for

All this will occur when you intend to perform work of a particular type in sufficient quantity to receive a handsome salary with adequate benefits AND you connect up with an employer who is looking for a person with your particular skills and work ethic and is willing to pay for your experience.

Unless both of you are looking for you to produce a professional level of effort with an adequate exchange, it will not happen. Your intentions and the future employer’s intentions need to match in order for a satisfying relationship to develop. This will not occur if either of you is untrustworthy.

Let’s make this painfully simple. If you actually have to jump through hoops to sell yourself to this new employer, you are in for a difficult future. Either your qualifications do not meet the person’s needs, or you have not presented them clearly enough for them to be recognized. Or, you have not asked enough questions to understand what the job really entails.

If you are the right person for this job, you will have already asked why this job opening has occurred, especially in a management position. Is it a new position or was someone let go? If it is a new position, do these people really know what it involves? There is no challenge like being the first engineer working for a company that has never employed an engineer before or being the first sales manager of a company that is still selling through door-to-door salesmen. Or being the first purchasing agent for a company in which the president bought everything himself.

If you do not know why the previous occupant of this job left, you will be flying blind until you get this information and understand it fully.

When you discover a job requirement being presented by a person who understands your value to him and presents his needs in an unambiguous way, you have the potential for a job experience of a lifetime! All you have to do is to determine fully what is needed and wanted and continue to deliver this in abundance. This will keep your intentions and your employer’s intentions in alignment and satisfaction will occur on all sides.

It is not enough for you to want the job and sincerely intend to do the best you can. You need to be able to understand the job requirements, both written and unwritten if you are to succeed in the long run. You may find out that what the employer says the job is like bears little relationship to the working relationships within the company. If you do not have enough experience to determine what the exact situation is before signing up, you are not the right person for that job.

If you are not able to ask awkward questions about working conditions and compensatory time before you start, you are hosed when they expect you to work through weekends without any compensation. Getting to work on cutting-edge technology and breaking all sorts of barriers is no compensation when you find you have spent years and lost your family chasing technological dreams with 70 hour work weeks and months away from home.

When your intentions and your employer’s intentions match, you will gladly work under the most aggravating conditions because you have certainty in what is expected and the rewards you get match the risks. When the trust is broken, your sanity and your health suffer and you may take years to recover.

This situation can occur in a startup venture where you are given a piece of the pie and you and a few others engage in the creation of a viable enterprise based on a new technology or business arrangement. You all trust each other in the beginning and you work impossible hours and somewhere along the way the intentions of some of the executives change and the company is no longer the same, even though nothing has been stated formally or publicly. The original trust is gone and with it, the confidence in attaining a bright future disappears. It is now just a matter of time until the organization collapses under its own lies and either goes out of business or is bought out by a competitor.

The reason I bring up this unfortunate situation is that you can perceive the shift in intentions when they occur and if you are wise, you will make your preparations to seek another situation before the final bell rings. Any time you see that you can no longer trust those you work with or live with, it is time to seek a new relationship. If you cannot trust someone, you have no way of creating a future with them. If you cannot create a future, you have no way to bring it about.
