Perception Drills For SRT Students

In our webinar today, I asked the participants to review the attached list of non-physical activities and see how many they could perceive. I then asked them to add whatever activities were missing from the list.

This was not an organized drill, but all participants kept contributing activities and they kept getting more enthusiastic as time passed. It seems that reviewing the list and attempting to duplicate the activity brings a real sense of well-being to those participating.

Near the end of the exercise, we began creating examples of each activity and its opposite. This produced the most gains of the exercise so far.

I would like you all to review this list for yourselves and consider developing an expanded list of activities and their opposites. When you have done this, I would like you to send me any realizations and recommendations for future use of this list and similar exercises.

The purpose of the current drills is to develop your special abilities with regard to perceiving and generating non-physical phenomena.

The current version of the activity list is attached.
