Recognizing Energies

When I say energies, I mean the energy put out by living things. The easiest of these to recognize is the energy someone puts out when they are angry with you. You can pick this up even when you are not at your best. These energies are actually vibrations at different combinations of frequencies, so you can learn to recognize them just as you learn to recognize sounds.

You may not be perceiving these energies directly with any of your five human senses, but you will experience them by the effect they create on you mentally and spiritually. These energies affect a persons behavior and his speech and most of the discussion about these energies describes them in terms of behavior and speech. This hospital sign is an example of instructions to manage your energies so that they do not harm others.

Every one of these energies has been given a name at one time and these names exist in every language on this planet. I am going to list some of the energies I will be discussing in this and future articles. You may question my including some of these under the term energy but this is consistent with the main definitions of energy, which is the capability to do work and this is in its broadest definition is the capacity to create effects in the material universe. Every one of the energies listed below is capable of creating actual and unique effects on those receiving it. This is an incomplete list and the energies appear in no particular order. This list is presented to give you an appreciation of the vast range of energies we are dealing with and are affected by.

Additionally, these energies have been given generally descriptive names to indicate their harmful or helpful effect on other living things. These include:

Harmful energies, Disturbing energies, Calming Energies, Healing Energies, Life-giving Energies, and Soothing Energies, to name just a few.

Once you have read and understood this article, try recognizing these different energies in your daily life and notice the effect they have on you and on your body.

In future articles, I will be covering how to use some of these energies to achieve particular goals in life. I will also be covering how to avoid generating harmful energies. And yes, there will be some meditation exercises involved.
