Matt Sunshine has a bright, refreshing site design and ideas to match. His blog, Ideas, Leadership and Vision is a pleasure to read. Perhaps that’s because his purpose is to inspire, not sell you something. I found his blog to be an elegant balance of posts on business, technology and personal goal setting.
I’ve been inspired by Rosa Say of Talking Story, to review Matt’s blog and have found a wealth of information to use and share.
Although Matt is new to the blogging scene, he quickly grasped the concept of citizen publishing which I wrote about earlier and has developed a blog which will bring readers back again and again.
A senior sales professional (Group Director of Sales Development) who makes time to coach 3rd grade girls soccer, he brings the same leadership and management skills to bear as a soccer coach that he brings to his work. The principles he applies to the young players are so simple and yet so profound, you should check them out here and here. They should be committed to memory by anyone who manages others.

What I find most interesting is that although his ideas mirror my own in some areas, they are presented quite differently. As a result, I found myself reading all of his earlier posts. This is a blog to visit and bookmark if you have any aspirations to lead and excel in sales or in life.
By the way, when he’s not blogging or interviewing sales people, he competes in triathlons. A well rounded guy with a great blog. Read it!
