The Floyd Tea Party invited Rick Boucher and Morgan Griffith to meet with the members on October 5th and answer questions about their positions and future intentions.
Morgan Griffith attended and gave a good account of himself. He answered a list of questions put to him by Ed Woodroof, Chairman of the Floyd Tea Party and then spent the rest of the evening answering questions from the floor.
Rick Boucher did not respond to the invitation, but sent some one to film the event for him.
At the October 20th meeting of the Tea Party, the membership discussed Griffith's position on several issues and voted to endorse him.
