Last night, as Gretchen and I made one of our infrequent forays into Charlottesville, the setting sun highlighted this contrail pattern over Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello.
We were in the midst of heavy traffic, so I could only get a few quick shots out my window as the traffic inched its way into town. Within few moments, the light show was over.
Digital cameras are the greatest. I carry mine everywhere.
Whew! That’s gorgeous! I feel like I am there watching it with you.
I agree nice picture, i guess a big part of taking a good picture is being in the right place at the right time. Granted its slightly blurry probably due to you being in a car, but its still a very good outcome. Very nice!:) Ill be checking back here from now on, just to see what else you can conjour up for us lol. Also very good mission statement. Sounds like you have alot of good opinions and possibly advice? to give. Hope to see more soon!
If you look at the picture closely, you will see that the blurred rectangle is from a vehicle moving in the other lane. The trees and the background are in focus.
The light level was so low that I was amazed to get as much as I did.
