End of summer already?

Up here on the ridge, it got cold enough to light a fire this morning.

The low temperature was a reminder that I have a lot of wood to cut soon if I want to spend my winter hours indoors at the computer.

Life in Floyd, VA, presents many challenges and many opportunities. Wisdom consists in picking out which ones to tackle first.

There certainly are enough to choose from. I seem to have acquired enough challenges/opportunities to keep me occupied far into the future.

I hope to post more later today as I have many pictures to post on all weblogs. It has been a memorable week. 🙂
