We can increase life force energy through caring communication as easily as we can diminish life force energy by criticism, evaluation, and invalidation.
We can teach others to maximize their life force energies through some simple changes in behavior and through some simple rituals. We can put others at cause over their life force energy with a little education on the spiritual underpinnings of how life force energy is generated and diminished.
If we understand the importance of monitoring our life force energy and the life force energy of others, we can apply SRT to any problem with a much higher chance of success. Our ability to help others increases and our chance of encountering failed help, refused help and enforced help are greatly diminished.
